Good evening,
since your computers are hidden there is not much we can do for now.
So please, unhide your computers or at least let us know what system you use: GPU card type, BOINC, driver and OS version...
Kind regards

Your devices are still hidden. Click on Your Account, and change the Status from Anonymous.
You could try using the latest Beta driver from NVidia.
Check your CPU and GPU temperatures. If you need to, use a tool such as EVGA Precision to increase the fan speed of the GPU. You should try not crunching for CPU projects to see if that helps. If it does your CPU may be overheating. |

dont know why the computers are still hidden, i set it to show computer on the site...
i will try the new drivers as they come along of course...
do you think it could be driver related...if so this could be resolved in the future i hope, because ive been on bionic since 2006. and havent had a workunit error till now lol
gonna focus my project share on SETI for now bcs this is a bit annoying to be honest
hope it gets sorted...happy crunching and thx for your help |

You or the system may be doing something that is causing this, or it could be a hardware problem.
You have completed 7 tasks but most are failing at time = 0.00s.
Looks like some runaway failure; something is happening that causes a cascade of immediate task failures. Usually a shut down and start-up fixes this. It might be caused by playing a game, watching a DVD, streaming media, using too much system RAM, or some application (video/image/antivirus/system update). If not then it is time to check your hardware (RAM, board voltages, hard drive, PSU, and check all the fans are turning). |

Some time ago I was looking for infos about what cuda23 means.
A link in a link .... brought me to this page:
http://folding.typepad.com/news/2010/08/memtestcl-a-gpu-memory-tester-for-opencl-supports-ati-and-nvidia-gpus.html
This is a link to
MemtestCL -- a GPU memory tester for OpenCL (supports ATI and NVIDIA GPUs).
It also links to
StressCPU v2.0 - Gromacs Based CPU Stability Tester
Might be of interest for troubleshooting.

You can visit the authors page here, https://simtk.org/home/memtest
There are CUDA downloads (Win x86+x64 and Linux x64), documents, binaries, source code and publications.
The OpenCL version is available from Folding, along with the CUDA Win and Linux downloads, http://folding.stanford.edu/English/DownloadUtils
People should close out of Boinc before running these.
I looked at the CUDA tool a long time ago, but out of interest I will have another look, at least on Windows. |
